All prices of products are inclusive of any national taxes applicable.

ORDER TRACKING             

Louise May will advise you by email once your order has left our premises. Louise May ships through Australia Post and its agents. Louise May provides email updates to customers when products have been shipped.

PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING

We accept Credit Card payments with our payment partner Stripe. We offer up to 6 days for customers to dispute the payment and receive a refund.

STOCK AVAILABILITY AND BACK ORDERS

If the item is in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days from the date of order.  If the item is out of stock, orders can take a number of weeks prior to dispatching.  Should this occur, we will contact you to advise the estimated availability date.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia. If items are in stock, orders are sent via registered parcel post and generally take between 2 – 7 days from the date of order depending on the destination.
