WHO DELIVERS OUR PRODUCT?

Orders are delivered by Australia Post.

You can track your order online using a unique tracking number.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED?

Small orders will be delivered to an unattended address or a PO Box - large parcels may not. We recommend using a work address if you will likely be at work on weekdays.

When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.

If no one is available to sign for the order a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest  post office. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow 5-7 days business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. Whilst we will endeavour to have your product delivered earlier, please allow 5-7 days to be sure.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Louise May does not ship to locations outside of Australia. For inquiries about international shipping CONTACT US or email info@louisemay.com.au.

SHIPPING COSTS & CHARGES

The freight / shipping cost is automatically calculated when you order from Louise May based on your nominated Delivery Address postcode in Australia. This is displayed and included in the total purchase price. Australia Post offers different delivery options which you can choose when ordering on this website.

HEAVY ITEMS OR OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

Heavy items and overseas deliveries may have a large shipping cost calculated. You will need to CONTACT US at info@louisemay.com.au to discuss your particular needs if you fall into either of these categories.
